Scope of the Service

EasyMaid provides a management platform and marketplace for short-term rental cleaning operations, including scheduling, professional matching and integration with systems (PMS) where applicable.

Accounts and Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Payments and Fair-Pay

Where applicable, payments may be processed by third parties (PSPs). We promote fair pay, favouring direct payment to the professional, with transparency and good practices.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, EasyMaid is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software associated with the service are owned by EasyMaid or licensed, and are protected by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may discontinue or change the service with reasonable notice.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Lisbon district, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
