EasyMaid EM-Q Standard · v1.0 · October 2026
A standard isn't a promise. It's a specification — with requirements, verification and consequences.
The EasyMaid EM-Q Standard is the document defining what every service must meet: 17 requirements in 4 domains, each with an ID and a verification method on the platform. It's public, versioned and auditable — any client can request proof of conformity for a specific service.
Standard requirements (specification)
Every requirement has an ID, a requirement, a verification method and a status —In force when already implemented on the platform,Being implemented when it's a commitment still being built. We'd rather show the real status than inflate claims.

How it translates into every service — 7 phases
Preparation and safety
Ventilation, PPE and separated materials — nothing starts without this phase.
EM-Q-10
Top-down sequence
Dust and high surfaces first, floors last; clean before dirty.
EM-Q-11
Per-room checklist
Each room has its own control items — recorded digitally.
EM-Q-12
High-touch points
Handles, switches, remotes, taps, key boxes.
EM-Q-13
Material separation
Bathroom never mixes with kitchen — cross-contamination prevention.
EM-Q-14
Reset and restock
Consumables and layout restored — the step that separates cleaning from turnover.
Turnover
Proof and record
Completion recorded with photos; if it fails, correction at our cost.
EM-Q-20 to 23
The standard audits itself
The difference between a paper standard and a real one is automatic proof. On the platform, every completed service accumulates the data EM-Q requires — and every partner company has a conformity score calculated over its own services, not over promises.
Per-company score
% of services with checklist, photos and check-in/out — per requirement, with conforming/partial/missing status.
Graded record per service
Every completed service receives a Base/Silver/Gold level based on the proof gathered — with a verifiable reference (EMQ-XXXXXXXXXX), an integrity fingerprint and a QR code.
Public verification
Anyone can confirm a record's authenticity at easy-maid.com/verificar/… — and the company's public seal at easy-maid.com/selo/…
Certification status — honestly
We have no bought seals or certificates that don't exist. What we have is a standard that can be audited — and a clear plan for external certification.
Documented + auditable standard
· ActiveEM-Q v1.0 is public and verifiable: every requirement has a verification method on the platform. Any client or partner can request proof of conformity for a specific service.
Individual professional verification
· Internal programmeVerified identity, assessed references and per-service quality score — the equivalent of an internal credentialing programme, measured and continuous.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management System
· PlannedQMS certification by an IPAC-accredited body (APCER, SGS, Bureau Veritas). A 6–12 month process after documented implementation — required in condominium and facility-services tenders.
ISSA CIMS — Cleaning Industry Management Standard
· AssessmentThe cleaning-sector-specific management standard (ISSA). Assessed by an independent assessor; applicable once the facility-services operation justifies it.
How you can audit us today
Ask for the photographic reports of a real service, the verification record of the assigned professional or the non-conformity policy applied to an incident. Write to info@easy-maid.com — we reply in under 24 business hours.
The EM-Q seal is a private conformity seal — its award, use and revocation follow the EM-Q Seal Usage Rules, a public document aligned with articles 215–217 of the Portuguese Industrial Property Code.

Frequently asked questions
Is EasyMaid certified?
We don't claim what isn't true: today we operate under the EM-Q Standard — a public, versioned, auditable document with requirements and a verification method per item. ISO 9001 certification by an IPAC-accredited body is on the 2026–27 roadmap. We prefer showing real proof over a bought seal: completion records (checklist, times, photos where applicable) are attached to every service on the platform.
What is the EM-Q Standard?
EasyMaid's quality specification: 17 requirements grouped in 4 domains (People, Method, Proof, Resolution), each with an ID, requirement, verification method and status (In force or Being implemented). Current version: EM-Q v1.0, reviewed annually.
How can I verify the standard was followed on my service?
Every service is recorded with a digital checklist, start and end times and — where applicable — completion photos attached on the platform. If something fails, requirement EM-Q-31 guarantees the point is corrected at our cost.
Is the standard the same for homes, rentals and condominiums?
The base is the same; the checklist changes. A rental turnover includes amenities restock and readiness for the next guest; a condominium includes common areas and a report to management; a home includes the family's preferences.
Try a service with a record, not a promise
Book with a fixed price — every service is recorded according to the EM-Q.
